TRX/KETTLEBELL FUSION

FLEXIBLE FITNESS

This hour long class focuses on balance, flexibility, cardio work, core strength, posture, and fun. If you're coming back from an injury or just wanting small group attention, this class is for you. TRX BABY

Madison’s Only Babywearing TRX Class!
Come with your baby in a properly fitted carrier or sling, and we will use the TRX Suspension Trainer to make exercises easier or harder, As baby grows, you will become stronger and stronger!
Designed for women of all fitness levels, this class is a chance to regain strength after pregnancy, labor, delivery, and the demands of mommyhood. The TRX Suspension Trainer will be used to help guide moms through a variety of safe and fun exercises - engaging the core at all times!
