My education was continued at East West Healing Arts in massage therapy. I enjoy sharing my passion for both physical and mental health, and hope to help people in their goals of overall wellness.
I have been helping clients from ages 3 to 93 for over 20 years. I train in both one on one personal training and larger class settings. I enjoy developing programs for older adults and adults wanting to experience the power of TRX (suspension) training.

I remain active in all kinds of athletic endeavors including volleyball, basketball, racquetball, triathlons, golf and the 2006 Mad City Marathon. I have a real passion for fitness, and as a personal trainer, I love sharing what I have learned to help others reach their personal fitness goals.
I have over 25 years of fitness instruction experience and am still going strong! The only thing I may enjoy more than my cookies is sharing my knowledge and passion for wellness in the weight room, the group exercise studio or with you one-on-one on your yoga mat.
